RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons goods can only be returned if found to be FAULTY. In the unlikely event that an item is FAULTY, please notify us within 7 days and an RMA number will be issued (goods must be returned within 21 days). Returned goods will not be accepted back without an RMA number.

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
